Lettuce, herbs, and many greens can be grown in vertical towers at a density of 100,000 plants per acre. With a seedling or plug production system lettuce can be harvest at the rate of 100,000 or more heads per acre per month at a lower cost than any other system.

The production of cut herbs is higher per unit than on any other system currently available.
